Return Instructions
Your satisfaction is our top priority at ASE Direct. If you have a problem with any product purchased, we are happy to set up a return for you.
Return Process
- Over-box your product and attach the label provided to your package for carrier pickup.
- When the product is received back in our warehouse, our returns department will inspect the item for quality assurance purposes.
- The returns department will finalize the return and credit will be issued to your account.
Please Note
A) If you need a replacement order, you will see an invoice for that replacement order. When the credit is finalized it will clear that replacement invoice from your account.
B) If the product is being returned due to customer error, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the balance of the credit memo.
C) RMA requests for product being returned due to customer error must be submitted within 30 days of order receipt to be valid.
D) If a non-defective product is returned in a condition unacceptable for resale, no credit will be issued. (Packaging opened, packaging written on, pull tab removed, etc.)
E) If the product returned does not belong to ASE, no credit will be issued. If you want this product returned back to you, you will incur the shipping charges. If no response is received within 5 days, the product will be recycled.
F) WARNING: Do not use the recycling label that comes in your toner box. If this label is used, credit will not be issued.
G) If the product is not returned within 7 business days of the return label being issued, the return will be closed and no credit will be issued.
