At ASE Direct and Buy American Veteran™, we don’t just serve our country — we stay committed to it long after the uniform comes off.

As a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), community impact isn’t a side effort — it’s baked into who we are. From day one, we've reinvested in the people and causes that matter most: our fellow veterans, their families, and the communities that support them.

Whether it’s helping service members transition to civilian careers, supporting adaptive athletic programs, or backing organizations that serve wounded warriors — we show up, we roll up our sleeves, and we give generously.

We’re proud to have been named one of the Top Corporate Philanthropists by the Nashville Business Journal — and even prouder of the lives we’ve helped change.

We Believe In:
  • Funding real-world solutions for veterans facing physical and emotional challenges
  • Supporting causes that fuel resilience, dignity, and opportunity
  • Championing veteran entrepreneurs and workforce re-entry programs
  • Using business as a force for good

Operation Stand Down Tennessee

Operation Stand Down Tennessee (OSDTN) helps veterans and their families gain meaningful employment, obtain veteran’s benefits, and enjoy fulfilling civilian lives. The nonprofit organization relies on organizations like ASE to deliver a wide range of services to veterans returning to civilian life. One of the most important ways OSDTN helps veterans is through career services, which can lead to gainful employment in companies like ours.

Songs
for Sound

We refer more veterans to audiology than any other demographic – 85 percent of veterans we screen have hearing loss. Hearoes is a targeted effort to reach our heroes with hearing loss to help them hear. The emphasis is on hearing restoration, protection and prevention.

SAFE (Soldiers and Families Embraced)

Soldiers and Families Embraced is a resource for the community to ease the readjustment and reintegration of military members returning from our current wars and their families, as well as veterans from previous eras. Read More about our involvement with SAFE.
